It was planned to allocate 450 million tenge from the budget of Astana for the construction of the National pantheon in 2018. This was reported by the Sputnik news agency, referring to the document regarding to Astana budget for 2018-2020.
According to the document, published in the informational-legal system of normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 447 million 423 thousand tenge will be spent for construction this year.
As it was informed earlier, the project cost of the National Pantheon was estimated at 1,7 billion tenge.
In the territory of the pantheon there will be a monument "Memorial wall", memorials, museums (XX-XXI century), as well as administrative, economic and auxiliary buildings.
The presidents of Kazakhstan and members of their family, prime ministers and their deputies, chairmen of the chambers of parliament and their deputies, secretaries of state, heads of the presidential administration, chairmen of the Constitutional Council, the Supreme Court and the National Bank will be buried in the National pantheon. Also in the pantheon territory, the ministers, mayors of regions, cities of republican status will be buried here.
