Kazakhstan and Serbia intend to sign a partnership agreement in the fight against crime.
According to the document, the two sides are going to cooperate in accordance with the national legislation of their countries, as well as in the framework of the international agreement signed by them in the fight against the following types of crimes.
1) Organized crime;
2) Extremism;
3) Terrorism and financing of terrorism;
4) Crime against the health of the population and the individual;
5) Commission of crime by means of the use of firearms, weapons, explosives, nuclear, toxic, radioactive substances;
6) Illegal migration, trafficking in human beings, sale of organs, as well as crimes related to labor and sexual exploitation;
7) Illegal transportation of narcotic substances;
8) Payment for fines, checks, valuables and counterfeiting of money;
9) Illegal trade of historical values;
10) Corruption;
11) Economic crime.
The two sides are planning to make the bilateral agreement in order to combat any other crime.
