Leaders of Central Asia to meet in Tashkent, reports press service of Kazakh President.
According to Akorda, Nursultan Nazarbayev and President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev talked over the phone. During the conversation, two sides agreed to hold the Summit of Central Asian Leaders in Tashkent in the following year. Moreover, leaders of two countries also negotiated on developing trade and economic relations between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
Recall, last time the Summit of Central Asian Leaders was held in Astana on March of this year. President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev proposed to organize meeting of Central Asian leaders at the 72 session of United Nations General Assembly. After that, it was supported by the Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev.
