Kyrgyz President Sooronbay Jeenbekov in Istanbul met with the President of Moldova Igor Dodon in the framework of participation in events dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Turkey, reports the press service of the President.

During the meeting, they discussed ways of deepening bilateral trade and economic cooperation, developing political dialogue, and prospects for the development of cultural and humanitarian ties.

They also exchanged views on current issues on the international agenda and interaction within the framework of integration associations.

“Moldovan President Igor Dodon thanked Sooronbay Jeenbekov for the invitation to visit Kyrgyzstan, noting the traditionally friendly relations between the two countries,” the message reads.
