In 2018, six Kazakh-Chinese projects are planned to be commissioned, reports the Minister for Investment and Development Zhenis Kasymbek.

The Minister noted that work is continuing 51 joint projects. To date, four have already been launched for $ 143 million.

"This year we are planning to launch projects worth $ 363 million and start construction works for five of them worth $ 623 million." In addition, the Minister noted, in 2018 work to start on digitizing seven large factories, which will become demonstration platforms for the possibilities of modern technologies. Among them are the Kentau Transformer Plant, Karlskrona LC Ab, Chemfarm, Eurasian Foods Corporation, Almaty Ventilation Plant, Kazakhmys Corporation and Kazchrome.
