“President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyev will visit this country on an official visit at the invitation of President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko on July 31 - August 1, 2019,” the message reads.
As noted, in continuation of the Uzbek-Belarusian dialogue at the highest level in Minsk, it is planned to discuss the state and prospects of bilateral cooperation in the political, trade-economic, investment, cultural, humanitarian and other fields, as well as topical issues of the regional and international agenda.
The presidents will further visit the National Industrial Exhibition of Uzbekistan in the Belarusian capital and the High-Tech Park of Belarus.
“Following the talks, the sides are expected to sign a joint statement and adopt a weighty package of documents that will become a solid basis for expanding and strengthening the Uzbek-Belarusian multifaceted partnership, including in the field of investment, industrial and scientific and technical cooperation, and establishing direct links between the regions” , summarized in the message.
