A motorcade with a large shipment of humanitarian cargo from Turkmenistan headed for Afghanistan, the Chronicles of Turkmenistan reports.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the corresponding decree on July 21. The preparation of products according to the list was entrusted to the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry, the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations, the Ministry of Textile Industry, and the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.

Medicines and medical supplies, textiles and children's clothing, school textbooks and supplies, confectionery and other products were sent as gratuitous aid, the message reads.
