An agreement on this was reached during the visit of the President of Uzbekistan to the UAE, which resulted in the signing of a package of documents and investment agreements worth more than $ 10 billion.
“During the visit of the state delegation, a number of meetings and negotiations with private organizations took place. An agreement has been reached with the Industrial Innovation Group on the creation in Uzbekistan of an agro-industrial complex for the cultivation and processing of cellulose crops of 182 million euros,” the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture reports.
Also between the ministry and the company AIDA signed a framework agreement providing for the creation of autonomous solar power plants to power remote objects of agriculture. As part of the pilot stage of the project in Uzbekistan, the company’s representatives are expected to visit to determine the parameters for the construction of autonomous micro-power plants in remote irrigated lands.
