A stadium for 30,000 seats is planned to be built in the city of Dushanbe, the TajikTA reports.

The official start to the construction of the facility was given on the eve with the participation of the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon and the chairman of the city of Dushanbe, Rustami Emomali.

The stadium will be built on an area of ​​more than 9 hectares, where modern conditions will be created for various sporting and cultural events. On the first open floor, under the east and west stands of the stadium, there will be training halls, changing rooms, a shower room, a first-aid post and a cafe.
