The new airline FlyArystan will start launching sales of tickets for the flights of the airline on March 29, 2019, the Civil Aviation Committee reports.
“On the instructions of the head of state Nursultan Nazarbayev, the Civil Aviation Committee of the MIID RK, together with Air Astana, is actively working to launch the low-cost airline FlyArystan. It is expected that March 29, 2019 will begin the start of sales of tickets for commercial flights of the airline,” read the message.
Recall, FlyArystan plans to operate flights from May 2019. The airline will operate daily flights from Almaty to the cities of Astana, Atyrau, Kokshetau, Pavlodar, Karaganda, Kostanay, Pavlodar, Taraz.
“According to the plans, at the initial stage, the airline’s fleet will consist of 4 Airbus A320s with only a economy class cabin with 180 seats, which will be allocated from Air Astana. By the end of 2022, the number of airliners is planned to increase to 15,” the information clarifies.
