The meeting of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kyrgyzstan to the State of Qatar Nuran Niyazaliyev with the Director of the Office of Communications of the Government of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Seif bin Ahmed Al-Thani, took place in Doha.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, during the meeting, Niyazaliyev spoke about the activities of the media in the republic, measures to strengthen freedom of speech and the press, and also offered to consider the possibility of organizing a study visit of representatives of the largest Kyrgyz media in Qatar.

Following the meeting, an agreement was reached on the further development of cooperation in the field of mass media and communication technologies.
