Foreigners plan to invest $ 200 million in Shymkent, the press service of the region reports.

“At the investment forum in Shymkent, 11 memorandums totaling $ 200 million were concluded. Foreign companies intend to invest in a number of major projects in Shymkent, such as the construction of a microfiber textile factory and the modernization of the city’s ambulance fleet, the construction of residential buildings, administrative buildings and Park on the territory of Shymkent City, " reads a statement.

It is specified that in the framework of the international investment forum “Shymkent Development 2018” in Shymkent met politicians, leaders of world and domestic business, heads of large corporations and financial institutions. The event is attended by more than 100 delegates from 20 countries and 300 Kazakhstani delegates.
