In January-September of this year, Uzbekistan was visited by about 1 million 165 thousand citizens of Tajikistan, reports the border troops of the State Committee for National Security of Tajikistan.

"During the same period, Tajikistan was visited by about 1 million 253 thousand citizens of Uzbekistan," the message reads.

Recall, this year Dushanbe and Tashkent signed an agreement on mutual visa-free trips of citizens of two states for a period of 30 days.
