The Tashkent International Arbitration Center at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) was established in Uzbekistan.
“To agree with the proposal of the Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan to establish the Tashkent International Arbitration Center under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the status of a non-governmental non-profit organization,” reads the text of the decree of the President of Uzbekistan “On the establishment of the Tashkent International Arbitration Center (TIAC ) at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan ".
The center to resolve disputes arising from contractual and other civil law relations between commercial organizations that are located in different countries, including foreign investors, including disputes related to investment, intellectual property and blockchain technologies, development and improvement of resolution mechanisms and others.
