October 4-7, Uzbekistan to host the international television festival "TEFI-Commonwealth" of TV workers of the CIS and the near abroad, reports the National Television and Radio Company (NTRC) of Uzbekistan.

TEFI-Sodruzhestvo was founded in 2011 with the support of the CIS Humanitarian Cooperation Fund and the Federal Agency for Press and Mass Communications of Russia.

Every year the festival is held in one of the CIS countries. One of its main tasks is the formation of a common information space for the countries of the commonwealth.

To date, the deadline for submitting creative works to "TEFI-Commonwealth-2018" has been completed. Theme of the festival: "The image of the Motherland: time, place, fate."
