More than 15 tons of gold is predicted to be produced in 2018 at the Kumtor Gold, in Kyrgyzstan, reports the company's website.
According to the forecasts, the volume of gold production in 2018 should be about 450-500 thousand ounces or 14.15-15.55 tons of gold. Total capital costs, net of stripping costs, should be $ 63 million a year.
Investments in development are planned at $14 million.
Expenses related to stripping, in connection with the development of a quarry, are expected in the amount of $ 122-168 million.
