According to the results of presidential elections in Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliev has been re-elected with 86,09 votes.
The head of Azerbaijan's Central Electoral Commission (CEC), Mezahir Penahov, said yesterday at a press conference that Kudyret Hasanguliev, who came to power on behalf of the United People's Party of Azerbaijan, got 3,4 percent of the vote, while the second independent candidate, Hakhid Oruch, was third with 3,7 percent.
