JSC Baiterek Development transferred the first tranche of LLP Elorda Kurylys Company, KZT4 bln to complete the construction of problem objects in Astana, reports the company's website.

The loan is allocated by the program "Nurly zher" for a term of up to four years. Public funds are provided on a return basis.

"Earlier the agreement between Baiterek Development, LLP Elorda Kurylys Company and the government of Astana, an agreement on the provision of funds of the National Fund of of Kazakhstan has been signed." Within two years, about 40 billion tenge will allocate to solve the problems of equity holders, JSC Baiterek Development Altai Kuzdibayev.

JSC Baiterek Development is a subsidiary of the Baiterek holding company, the financial operator of the housing construction program Nurly Zher to buy bonds of local executive bodies to finance the construction of credit housing.
