The issue of brain drain in Kazakhstan to other countries is exaggerated, said Vice Minister of Labor and Social Protection Nurzhan Altayev, at a briefing in Astana.
"I will say that this problem is bloated, we are also reading it. In fact, there are not a large number of those who leave the country, mainly in the northern regions, primarily the Russian Federation and the border regions. We are located in the space of the Eurasian Union, in any case, it will occur, where people will pay higher wages, people will go there'' he said.
According to him, it is for this reason, an electronic labor exchange was created, so that there was a resource where one could go and see vacancies all over Kazakhstan.
"The first question that faces the population is jobs where to find a job and what is the salary ... I think that through such things we will try to ensure that as few people leave" the vice Minister added.
