Since April 1, tariffs for natural gas for the population will increase by 10% in Uzbekistan, reports the Uzbek Telegraph Agency.
According to the company "Uztransgaz", now the cost of 10 cubic meters of gas in the presence of a counter in the house will be 2897.4 soms against 2634 (+ 10%) soms at present.
In turn, consumers who do not have a counter will pay 5,010.6 soms for 10 cubic meters against 4555.9 sums earlier, and for heating - 2323.7 soms against 2112.45 som respectively.
As noted in the company's message, the new price register was approved by the Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan on March 16.
Recall, the previous increase in prices for natural gas in Uzbekistan was made in July 2017. Then the tariffs were increased by 7%.
