"Oskemen ATC took urgent measures on this fact, explanations were taken from the staff of the institutions located near the source, all materials were sent to the Department of Ecology of East Kazakhstan region, as there is no damage to the environment and it is impossible to identify persons related to oily stains," - the deputy head of the department of internal affairs of Oskemen, Zhandarbek Akhmetzhanov, informed.
