Francisco De Assis Rodriguez, head of the delegation, Brazilian National Congress senator, told the Central Election Commission about this.
A delegation of three people had just arrived in Kazakhstan, and therefore had not yet inspected the sites and had not got acquainted with the campaigns of the candidates.
"I think that the organization of the elections was very good. We had a meeting with the chairman of the CEC. Our delegation arrived at the invitation of Kazakhstan, we represent the parliamentary friendship group," Rodriguez said.
Earlier, observers from Brazil participated in elections in the United States and Venezuela. Observers will work at 4 polling stations in the capital.
