Inflation in July in Tajikistan was 1.1%, reports the National Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan.

According to the source, the annual inflation rate in Tajikistan (for the last 12 months) at the end of July was 2.3%. The inflation rate in the consumer sector of Tajikistan in June was 0.5%. Thus, in the first half of this year, prices and tariffs in the republic increased by 0.9%.

At the end of 2017, inflation in the country was 6.7%. This year it is planned to keep inflation at 7%.
