The government plans to build a new indoor national central stadium with a capacity of 50-60 thousand people in Ulaanbaatar, the design of which will reflect national traditions and features, also contain environmentally friendly elements, Montsame reports.

In the new stadium, in addition to the Naadam national holiday, sports competitions and tournaments of international level to hold. The stadium to locate on the east side of the roundabout on the main highway leading to the capital's Genghis Khan International Airport or near the Khoy Dolon Khudag area and the Mongol Naadam complex. According to the plan, the stadium will be commissioned in 2021.
