It is reported by the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development Jenis Kasymbek during the board meeting.
"In 2019, it is planned to introduce about 120 projects worth T1.1 trillion with the creation of 20 thousand permanent jobs, including such major projects as the construction of a plant for the production of ferrosilicon, the construction of a plant for the production of porcelain stoneware and ceramic tiles," said J. Kasymbek.
Also according to him, Kazakhstan-Chinese projects are being implemented, the list of which today includes 55 projects totaling $ 27.4 billion.
According to the Ministry, there are 13 projects at the implementation stage. Three projects are expected to launch in 2019. Among them, the construction of a plant for the production of steel welded pipes of large diameter, the construction of a plant for the production of sheet glass in the Kyzylorda region LLP Orda Glass Ltd, as well as the construction of a metallurgical plant LLP Amir-A in Shymkent.
