Russian President Vladimir Putin sent congratulations to the heads of foreign countries in honor of the New Year. It is reported by the official website of the Kremlin.
In a telegram to the President of Kyrgyzstan, Sooronbay Jeenbekov, Putin praised the relations of the “alliance and strategic partnership” of Russia and Kyrgyzstan. He noted that cooperation in the framework of the Eurasian integration processes will be continued in the interests of the peoples of the two countries and the development of the entire region.
Putin also sent congratulations to a number of former heads of foreign states and governments and politicians, including the former president of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev.
