Minister of Finance Bakhyt Sultanov announced that the expenses of Kazakhstan's budget for 2018 amounted to 30 billion dollar.
Bakhyt Sultanov speaking at the government session in Astana on April 3, made a statement on the current state budget expenditure. As stated by the Minister, in 2018, Kazakhstan's budget expenditures will be 9 trillion 643 billion tenge (30 billion 134.4 million dollars). According to appeal of President President Nazarbayev, of these 292,5 billion tenge will be spent on Nazarbayev University's development, teacher salaries, and nursing care.
In addition, 31 billion tenge will be allocated for the provision of drinking water to the rural areas, 31.5 billion tenge for the housing infrastructure, 29 billion tenge for repair of the highways and 71 billion tenge for the fight against cybercrime.
