According to distributed information, from March 10, snow has suddenly melted due to rain, and air temperature changed from +10 ° C to -5 ° C. From March 1 to March 11, 53,2 mm of rain was rained, which is 2 times more than the rainfall in a month.

"The ditch channels are blocked, that is why the regions are flooded. In some places, there is no anything. The discharge of water from settlements is within the jurisdiction of local executive authorities", written in the statement.

At present, the operational headquarters are working. 1,032 people, 286 units of equipment, 56 boats, and 58 water-supply units are involved in rescue operations. As reported before that 70 houses and 110 gardens were flooded in the region and water was sucked.

About 400 people were evacuated from flooded homes, and they are located in the boarding school №6 in Ayagoz, the rest of people are in the relatives' home.
