The foreign trade turnover of Kazakhstan in 2017 made up 77,6 billion dollars, and it was higher to 25% compare with 2016.
The volume of exports of the state during the year was 48,3 billion dollar. The indicator increased by 31,6% compared to the previous year. The volume of imports rose by 15,5% and amounted to 29,3 billion dollars.
The mutual trade turnover with the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union rose by 25,9% and reached 17 billion dollars. Kazakhstan sold goods for 5,1 billion dollars (growth-30,2%) to countries of Union, and purchased goods (24,1%) for 12,2 billion dollars from them.
For instance, last year, Kazakhstan exported goods for 4,5 billion dollar to Russia. The volume of imports amounted to 11,4 billion dollars. Goods for 95,5 million dollars were sold to Belarus, and goods were purchased for 508 million dollars.
The volume of exports to Kyrgyzstan made up 503 million dollars. The import volume was 255,2 million dollars. The cost of Kazakhstan goods sold to Armenia amounted to 4,4 million dollars. And goods for 4,6 million dollars were purchased.
