22,6 billion dollars of the National Fund was not unblocked. This was reported by the Cision source.
On February 11, Moldovan oligarch Anatolie Stati and his son Gabriel gave an interview to Cision about blocked 22,6 billion dollars of National Fund of Kazakhstan. They noted: "This was blocked by the decision of the Brussel's court. This decision will remain in force until the full consideration of the Brussels Court. The statements of the Kazakh side and the decision of the Amsterdam court don't affect the legal force of the blockage".
Recall, in December 2017, US "Bank of New York Mellon" bank blocked 22,6 billion dollars of funds of the National Fund of Kazakhstan as a result of court desicion. Later, the press service of the bank told that due to the complaint of Anatolie Stati they blocked fund of the National Fund of Kazakhstan. In the middle of January, after the visit of Nursultan Nazarbayev to the US, media reported about unblocking of the National Fund's fund from the "Bank of New York Mellon".
