Shavkat Mirzieev invited Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to Uzbekistan.
According to the press service of the Presidential Administration of Uzbekistan, on February 7, Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Recep Tayyip Erdogan had a telephone conversation. During the conversation Shavkat Mirziyoyev invited Recep Tayyip Erdogan to take part in the international conference "Afghanistan - the road to peace", which will be held in late March in Tashkent. The President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that a delegation of senior officials from Turkey will go to this conference.
Recall, the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev had an official visit to Ankara on October 25, 2017. There he met with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and signed a 3,5 billion dollars worth of document.
