Kazakh Government officials bought an apartment for 75.8 million dollars (65 million euro) in Paris, an international luxury real estate agency Mansion Global reports.
The apartment is located one of the luxury areas Paris’s 8th Arrondissement, also known as the Golden Triangle. The price of the home was 87.5 million dollar (75 million euro) three month ago. The apartment is 1,200-square-meter and has five bedrooms and six bathrooms, and separate rooms for the workers at home.
'It is a very unique apartment, and it is unusual to find a French home with this level of protection' said Ignace Meuwissen a Belgian dealmaker.
However, there is no information available about the seller and buyer, just indicating them as a Kazakh government official and the Russian investor.
