Experts in the field of human resources management (HR) are planning to prepare in universities of Kazakhstan, said Aigul Shaimova, deputy chairman of the agency of Kazakhstan for Civil Service and Anti-Corruption Affairs.

"To date, our staff management services operate on the principle of personnel records management. That is, they are engaged only in issuing orders, keeping records of personnel. We therefore need to make the transition from working with documents to working with people. To this end, together with the Kazakhstan's Ministry of Education and Science, we are working on the issue of training specialists in the field of HR" she said.

She specified that Kazakhstan universities do not currently train HR specialists.
