In November 2017, 50,4 billion tenge was sent overseas from Kazakhstan via the system of financial transfers, which was 2,9% less compare to the previous month (1,5 billion tenge). Foreign direct investment made up 27,5 billion tenge, which was 3,1% less than in October (868,1 million tenge).
According to the Ranking.kz agent, for the first 11 months of 2017, 449,1 billion tenge was transferred abroad, which is 28,9% more than in the same period of 2016 (100,8 billion tenge).

As for the volume of funds transferred from the abroad to Kazakhstan accounted to 277,4 billion tenge. Growth for 11 months was 21,9% (49,9 billion tenge). The difference between funds sent abroad and transferred from abroad in 2016 made up 53,2%.

Among the countries receiving money from Kazakhstan, these countries were leaders, Russia (171,6 billion tenge), Uzbekistan (83.5 billion tenge) and Kyrgyzstan (38 billion tenge). The share of money sent to these countries made up 65,2% of the total transfer amount.

Moreover, the most of the money transferred to Kazakhstan belongs to Russia.From this country 144,9 billion tenge was transferred. The annualized growth made up 15,9% (19,9 billion tenge).

South Korea was in the second place. Within 11 months,18,8 billion tenge was transferred to Kazakhstan, which was 2,1 times more than in the previous year (9,7 billion tenge). 15,9 billion tenge was received Kazakhstan from Kyrgyzstan. In a year the volume of transfer increased by 7,9% (1,2 billion tenge).
