The law enforcement system has begun updating their works on the instruction of Nursultan Nazarbayev. This was reported by Alexey Kalaychidi, head of the law enforcement system of the Presidential Administration.

"On the instruction of the President of country at the Security Council session on May 30th, we started the modernization of law enforcement and judicial system. It is a difficult process to reform power structures. For example, yesterday's effective system can be ineffective today. I would like to thank the public council of Almaty for the initiative to reform the Ministry of Internal Affairs", - said Alexei Kalaychidi, at the city council meeting in Almaty on August 10.
