The gold and foreign exchange reserves of Kazakhstan, including the gross reserves of the National Bank and the National Fund, shows $ 88.8 billion as of December 2017, reports the National Bank.
International reserves of Kazakhstan in December 2017 increased by 0.21% compared to November, from the beginning of last year - decreased by 2.29%.
According to the National Bank, the volume of Kazakhstan's gross international reserves in December increased by 0.14%, to $31.115 billion, including the amount of net international reserves, increased by 0.15% % (+ 4.88%), to $30.603 billion
The volume of assets of Kazakhstan’s National Fund amounted to $ 57.723 billion, an increase of 0.26% (5.71% decreases it). The volume of assets in freely convertible currency amounted to $ 18.617 billion, showing a decrease of 1.42% over the last month (from the beginning of 2017 it is decreased by 7.35%). The volume of assets in gold increased by 2.55% (+ 29.96%), to $ 12.498 billion.
