This is stated in the decree of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev "On the increase in wages, pensions, scholarships and allowances."

The document was adopted in order to increase incomes and the standard of living of the population, strengthen state support for socially vulnerable segments of the population, also to ensure the rapid increase in the wages of low-wage workers.

According to the decree, from November 1, wages to employees of budgetary institutions and organizations, pensions, scholarships and benefits will increase by an average of 1.1 times.

So, from November 1, the minimum wage will be 2,027,330 soums per month (now - 163,300 soums), old-age pensions and benefits for disabled people since childhood - 3,96500 soums (360,460 soums), benefits for elderly and disabled citizens who do not have the necessary work experience - 243300 soums (221190 soums).
