In the III World Nomadic Games, 1,946 athletes from 53 countries are expected to participate, reports the Games press service.

By the number of athletes who applied for the III World Nomadic Games, Kyrgyzstan is the leader. The country's athletes number 458 people. The Russian Federation is the second largest sports team - 235 people, followed by Kazakhstan - 195, Uzbekistan - 108, Pakistan - 91, Iran - 92, Turkmenistan - 65, India - 64, Afghanistan - 62, USA - 58, Tajikistan - 55, Ukraine - 46, China - 37, Sri Lanka - 34, Mongolia - 21, France - 19, Poland - 23. For 17 athletes will represent Belarus and Bulgaria. The rest of the countries are represented by sportsmen of up to 16 people.

Athletes to compete in 37 sports. A total of 594 medals will be drawn (174 gold, 173 silver and 247 bronze medals). The total prize fund of the III World Games of nomads will be more than 26 million soms.
