More than 7,000 Kyrgyz citizens have been removed from Russia’s black list. The Foreign Affairs Minister Erlan Abdyldaev announced at a press conference on the results of the Foreign Affairs Ministry’s activity for 6 months, reports 24kg.

According to him, some Kyrgyz citizens were in the black list by court order. Therefore, their withdrawal is difficult.

«As of the end of 2017, at least 77,000 people were in the black list. Their number has decreased to 70,000. The withdrawal process continues. However, it should be noted that about 50,000 citizens were included in the black list by a court decision. Accordingly, only a court can withdraw them from there. The rest were included in this list by the decision of the ministries and departments for minor violations,» Erlan Abdyldaev said.
