Since early 2018, Kazakhstan has exported more than 24 million tons of oil. During this time, the country produced about 30 million tons of oil, which is 6% more than in 2017, said Kanat Bozumbaev, Kazakhstan's energy minister.
At the Kashagan field, oil production amounted to three and eight million tons, on Tengiz - about ten tons, and Karachaganak's volumes exceeded 4 million. Over 5 million tons have been processed.
"Since the beginning of the year until today the situation on the market of petroleum products is stable, there is no deficit of petroleum products," Kanat Bozumbaev said at the government meeting.
The quantity of fuel residues is enough to cover the domestic market's demand in a monthly volume, gasoline - 338 thousand tons and 280 thousand tons of diesel fuel.
