Trade houses agreed to create Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan, reports the Ministry of Foreign Trade of Uzbekistan.
The agreement reached during the state visit of Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to Uzbekistan. Also within the framework of the visit was a ceremony of signing documents on cooperation in various fields between the two countries.
"Among 17 agreements, an agreement was signed between the Ministry of Foreign Trade of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan on the establishment of trading houses in Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. The document provides for assistance to entrepreneurs in the establishment of trading houses on the territory of both countries", the report mentioned.
Trading houses to become an advertising platform for local buyers, to allow retail and small wholesale trade, conduct marketing research, and to also provide consulting services.
Recall, on April 23-24, 2018, Turkmenistan President paid a state visit to Uzbekistan.
