"In general, we have 18 billion 800 million tenge envisaged for holding 85 events in the framework of celebration of the 20th anniversary of Astana. The Ministry of Finance fully supported us, and these funds have been pledged to the budget. "We hope that all these events will be dignified," said Vice Minister of Culture and Sports Saken Musaybekov in the course of discussion.
He also noted that the Ministry to provide in writing information on what actions the declared amount will be spent on.
