High school students will study four subjects in English in Kazakhstan, Minister of Education and Science Yerlan Sagadiyev said at a government meeting.
"One of the main tasks of the program (the development of education and science is the commentary) is the introduction of teaching English in four subjects in the 10th and 11th classes, for 12,000 teachers who will conduct lessons in English, courses are organized, textbooks are ready" he said.
We are talking about subjects: physics, chemistry, biology and computer science.Since this study year, in 153 schools has started teaching in English.
He also recalled that in 2020, the country will introduce zero grades with textbooks on the Latin script.
