The official representative of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan Oksana Loskutova stated that the court in Astana recognized the extremist party "Democratic Choice of Kazakhstan" headed by Mukhtar Ablyazov.
"Today, the decision of the Yesil Court of Astana has been fully satisfied with this statement, the court finds the activity of the DCK extremist and is banned throughout the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including by disseminating information materials and using the media, telecommunications networks, social networks, messengers and videohostings," said Oksana Loskutova.
Also, Minister of Information and Communications of Kazakhstan Dauren Abayev said on the sidelines of the Government that the actions of Mukhtar Ablyazov in the Kaznet will be limited.
