The Deputy Chairman of the Agency for Civil Service and Anti-Corruption Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aigul Shaimynova told about the salary of the agency's employees.

"The minimum salary is 158 thousand tenge, the maximum is about 400 thousand tenge at present," - she noted at a briefing in the Central Communication Service in Astana.

As stated by her, the agency to take part in a pilot project to introduce a new payment system to pay salaries to civil servants. According to the new project, the difference between salaries of civil servants who work in the center and working in the regions can be reduced to 10 percent, and the average monthly wage can double.

"For instance, the salary of those who work in the region will be increased from 62 to 117 thousand tenge. This applies to leading specialists in the regional akimat. Moreover, the salary of civil servants who work in the center tol increase from 84 thousand to 136 thousand tenge ", - she mentioned.

Additionally, a new bonus fund will be created to replace rewards on holidays. This includes bonus payments of four monthly salaries once a year. However, bonuses are awarded only to civil servants who work effectively.
